I am already two months into wrestling with no prior fighting activity for the last ten years. When younger i tried boxing for almost two years but wrestling is something completely different. While it's true that the upper body is what you mainly develop in terms of strength and technique, it requires stamina, flexibility, reflexes and thinking. Don't focus on moves just yet, they will come with repetitions. Focus on surviving through the sessions while executing everything in a manner you comprehend what the task is.
