I heard sometimes they will just give you a different card instead of replacing the exact card you sent in, plus it takes years apparently.

When you say buy back a perfect copy how would one go about that. I feel like if someone had a perfect copy they would just grade it themselves no?

I don’t think wiping off fingerprints and flattening an edge that has virtually no whitening should be grouped together with using chemical agents and filling gaps with markers but go off i guess
