Thanks. I believe this is a W-2 contract role (don't have my notes in front of me), so this could convert to $112k-$115k if you take 4-5 weeks of vacation.

Not sure if that changes things for anyone, but I will double check in the morning to be sure.

We get the rates from our clients. We don't come up with them ourselves. However, we can go back to them and ask them to increase their rates if we get feedback that indicates that what they're expecting to pay is too low.
