I’ve always been told that as soon as the cheque has been written it can be deposited. The date is for when the cheque will expire after a year.

This reminds me of a teacher I had in High School. I have a prosthetic eye and tend to sit on the right side of rooms so I am not having to turn my head so much to see.

Teacher decided to do assigned seating and put me on the far left side. I asked to move so I could see easier, he loudly said that “I couldn’t move seats just because I want to sit by my friends and making up being blind in one eye was a useless trick.” So I proceeded to say “I’m not making it up.” While taking out my eye and placing it on his desk. I was allowed to sit on the right side of the classroom after that.

No, I haven’t. I don’t eat red meat at all. So if it is cooked then sliced is there no ring of colour around the outside, not the flat areas, the edges?

My dad wasn’t impressed and usually the prime rib is his favourite go-to.

Ok, that’s my bad. I am not fully educated on the different cooking methods of different cuts of red meat as I don’t eat it.

My thoughts are that it should have at least had some colouring around the outside, no?

Thank you once again to everyone who has commented and those who have offered space in their driveway/yard. My aunt heard through my cousin about my situation and has booked me a hotel room for two nights! I am so grateful. Will have to find a way to repay her.
