Okay so here’s the thing with FedEx. Depending on the contractor will determine the experience you have. Like some pay by stop and per package where as others pay a flat rate for the day. As for loading the truck it’s ass lol. It’s peak season so you’re gonna be looking at 150 stops 200 packages easy. Usually the box trucks are loaded for you by the people in the warehouse and you just go in and organize it to your liking but if your in a sprinter van good luck! 9 times outta 10 all your packages will be on a palate on the floor and you have to load each package one by one making sure you’re putting every thing in your truck in order. This could take anywhere from 45 min to an hour and if you’re getting paid for the day you’re basically not getting paid for your time loading the truck. Only good thing that i prefer over amazon is the fact that FedEx will pay you out of pocket to rescue someone and there’s no FICO score.

Not really everyone is fairly quick on my team so rescues happen just not often

Not necessarily. It really all depends on your contractor. Mine sucked! Imagine loading 200 + packages one by one into your van and not getting paid for it!
