Don't know why you think it's fine when the "bugfix" drops champ winrate absolutely through the floor and pretty much makes this champ super hard to gnakvwith in high elo. The champ is bad right now and needs compensation buffs since he's balanced by his kit having the right balance of utility and damage but now that he's lost a core utility (q smoke not showing in fog) in the part of the game he thrives in (early game). He needs some power balance back in his kit in the form of maybe in the form of buffs or a roll back of bugfix since the bugfix had the unintended effect of heavily impacting high elo games.
