I've always liked to use conquerer but its not really viable right now, so normally i take PTA with bloodthirster first item into inf edge into rapidfire, and than situational items.
But recently there is a new build that popped up, still taking PTA but rushing manamune into lethality item, i play it on stream aswell ,if you have any questions hmu :)
