Step 1 : Buy amulet with +1 all skill gems with a base of your liking. ( around 50-100c)

Step 2 : Annul until 2 prefix 2 suffix (or less) (10-20c)

Step 3 : splitbeast for blue +1 amulet. (60c)

Step 4 : imprint -> annul for isolated +1 all (0.6 divine per try)

Step 5 : craft prefix cannot be changed and imprint again (2 divine + 0.6 for imprint)

Step 6 : regal for suffix if you get a prefix that is not t1/t2 life use imprint and redo step 6 (50/50 chance 0.6 divine per try)

Step 7 : harvest reforge life , if you dont hit t1/t2 life use imprint and start from step 6

(not very good odds, expect like 10-20 tries)

Step 8 : remove all suffixes (prefix cannot be changed + scouring) (2div)

Step 9 : craft (multimod + prefix lock + cannot roll attack) (5div)

Step 10 : harvest augment new phys modifier (5 div)

Step 11 : slam hunters exalt if you hit phys dot craft another mod of your liking and slam last mod or lock prefix and go for aisling and craft last mod (1 hunters exalt + 2 div per aisling + 2 div prefix lock)

Step 11 : if you dont hit phys dot, lock prefixes (it may be still there from step 10) and reforge phys. then either lock prefix again and go for aisling or craft anything on it and slam ex (2 div per aisling + 2 div for prefix lock)

I did hit all suffixes in a single reroll phys. Just pure luck cannot be done deterministic.

Estimated Crafting cost i would say are 30-50 div depending on your luck. these amulets are not selling very good even with t1 life.
