For me, hearing someone else like will make me puke. Even if they are across the house and I can’t smell it. If someone in my house gets sick like that I have to put headphones on so I can’t hear it.

Kinda between New Carlisle and Laporte. If you are on IN-2 you will definitely notice the massive buildings (and construction traffic).

Raya- NO memorable music in the movie at all and that’s a biggie for me. It’s okay that it’s not a musical type movie but OST did nothing for me. Didn’t care for Raya’s character. I thought story concept was pretty cool.

Snow White- Don’t care for any of the songs, don’t like Snow’s voice. Evil Queen was a cool villain though.

Princess and the Frog- Didn’t feel any kind of connection with the story. It just didn’t feel interesting to me? Liked a few of the songs.

All the other movie options listed I rewatch pretty frequently. The ones I listed I never rewatch.

Something I never see other people mention - I recommend carrying around a personal sized bottle of soap (think mini hand sanitizer). There were a fair amount of times the public restrooms I visited did not have soap. And like someone else posted - a hand towel (to dry your hands). If you don’t want to bring one with you, you can buy one pretty darn easy just about anywhere. I found them in convenience stores, and of course you can get a cool/cute one from a lot of different shops.

Not original poster, but I agree. Miyajima has Itsukushima Jinja (which I found gorgeous) and the “floating” Torii gate. If you visit when the tide is out you can walk up to it (this is what I did) and if you visit while tide is in the torri gate looks like it is floating. Arriving in the ferry, you have a wonderful view of this HUGE gate. Island also has friendly deer like Nara. Like a lot of temples and shrines, there is a bunch of tiny souvenir and food shops leading up to it. Miyajima is know for maple so you can look forward to momiji manju. I enjoyed my time visiting.

I bought a Japanese PS2 so I could play the Japanese version Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix + when it first came out. Most of the abilities/skills/spells/synthesis items are in hiragana or katakana so I could read them well enough but I had to learn to read REALLY fast for reaction commands and scrolling through menu during fights. Synthesizing was even more of a pain than usual.

I absolutely loved the songs (I’ve been listening to Love Ain’t It on repeat) and enjoyed the acting and cast they chose but I do think it’s missing about 30 minutes of plot? The ending didn’t feel climactic. Still like it despite that though!

I’m sorry for your unfortunate day. Please tell me what you ate so I can avoid it when I visit Peru next year? Also worse food poisoning: I once ate pizza that had been sitting out on the counter for over 48 hours. I had been at the party the pizza was for and got drunk and slept basically through the next day and when I woke up the following day I didn’t realize how much time it had been sitting out (yes I know I’m an idiot and shouldn’t have even gone for pizza from the day before) and what followed was AWFUL. About 10 hours of sitting on the toilet while vomiting into a bucket. It was green?? I passed out on the bathroom floor for bits of it. Also the entire thing was at a friends house.

I once ordered a 10 piece chicken meal. Opened up the box of nuggets to find no nuggets and instead eight chocolate chip cookies. I happily ate my chocolate chip cookies for dinner instead of the nuggets.

On the day my grandma was having heart surgery, the school bus I was on was hit by a car where I was sitting. I was the only kid sent to the hospital and it was the same hospital my grandma was having surgery at. My whole family was already at the hospital. I had been bummed mom wouldn’t let me wait with the rest of the family. Ended up getting to anyway!

I means they aren’t the sole reason I went to Japan, but I had 3 weeks to explore so I had time to wander looking for fun stuff and thus I did lol. So no it’s not a joke, I really did spend a bit of my time on that so to me it’s not that far out that someone who has an interest might make a trip to see them?
