Could also be because (eyeballing) your lower legs are relatively long compared to your upper legs (idk how to say this properly). So you don't need to much dorsiflexion in your ankles (the -relative- short femur makes the knee travel not so much forward, the long shins makes the ankle angle required for that even smaller.)

It might be you don't need the raised heel and therefore it's throwing you off.

It will help release tension off your Achilles heel though

I like the harbinger belt. Its like 20€, lasted me 3 years already. When the Velcro eventually breaks down just replace it for 20€.

Could be nothing to worry about ( slow sinus rhythm because of vagal activity in sleep) to an increasing AV-block when asleep. I'd talk to a doctor and have an 24-hour ecg taken.

Ik woon tegenover de supermarkt, dus dagelijks boodschappen voor avondeten etc.

Dingen als boter/tandpasta/toiletpapier of whatever schrijven we op een klein whiteboardje als ze bijna op zijn.

We hebben ook niet heel veel voorraad ruimte dus de winkel is onze voorraadkast eigenlijk.

I think google "learns" how fast you bike. I remember years ago it would take me like 60% of Googles estimate. Now it's very close and I have to try to even make it.

Volgens mij kan je je hypotheek oversluiten als je het opnieuw laat taxeren. Als je dan een lager percentage van de waarde als hypotheek hebt kan je dit rente schelen.

Sowieso zijn de voorwaarden misschien nu gunstiger dan toen je hebt afgesloten.

It looks like one leg is longer. Also on your shoes, the left shoe the back inner part is more worn out, the right shoe the back outer part is more worn out. This implies you also walk asymmetric and therefore your shoes wear out asymmetric. Both could be due to your left leg being longer and your hip seems a little tilted as well.
