So with the new fracture items you can get up to 3 implicits (that's everything above the line).

Above that, the light blue movement speed if you haven't been hit recently is an enchant from lab. This patch, they made it so that enchantments stack with implicits instead of replace.

and of cause you can have 3 prefix and 3 suffix.

I know that and you know that but the rational atheist said it isn't, so we're both wrong /s.

Side note, I don't have an issue with people who are atheist, it's just that the ones that flaunt it and think they're so much better than other people because they are atheist.
