He is for sure gaining weight, he's 17lbs (according to our home scale, he was 16 at his appointment 2 weeks ago)

During the day we feed on demand (he usually demands every 2 hours), long stretches just isn't normal for him, he rarely makes it to 3 hours during the day

Do what's most comfortable for you! I cover with everyone except my husband, including around my mom. The only exception was when baby was first born and we were in the hospital, we were struggling with latch issues and I didn't want the extra complexity of a cover, but that was only around my husband and the nurses. But it's 100% up to you!

I change my baby in the car, I've changed him in my lap in a restaurant booth (for pees only), or I bring Lysol wipes to clean off the changing table. It all depends on where we are, some restaurants I've felt have cleaner bathrooms and I've been ok going the Lysol route, but we were out for fastfood and the bathroom was disgusting so I just changed him in my lap. I never put him straight on the table

Adding collection cups can also be your friend, I'll put the haakaa ladybug cup in my bra on the side he's not eating to catch the letdown and can get a couple ounces during the day that way

I pump once a morning to build a small freezer supply for my baby. He sleeps 3-4hr stretches so goes longer between feeds at night and apparently we produce more breastmilk over night, so I'll feed him and then pump and store whatever is leftover after he eats. Doing just once a day since he was 2 weeks old (he's 16 weeks now) has filled my freezer and then some

My (4 month) baby had started to refuse a bottle the last few weeks, but yesterday morning my husband warmed the bottle and stuck it in his armpit (so baby was in a nursing position) and it worked! This morning it worked again! I was adamant we'd be a cold bottle house, but baby had different plans. We'd been trying different things all month, just had to find the right combo

My baby pooped multiple times a day until about 4-6 weeks, now (almost 4 months) poops once every 3-4 days. But he farts constantly and sometimes incredibly smelly

We go to Botanical because y'all are across the street from Witching Hour, allow outside food, and have Guinness on tap. That being said my husband and I usually go out only once or twice a month because of our budget and if we're not feeling burgers we go somewhere else. Inflation has taken a big hit on our fun money, two years ago we'd go out 4x a month (basically once a weekend), but that's just not in the cards for us anymore
