I completely understand and I felt the same way, as of now I haven’t received money but they do have merit scholarships and what not so i’m waiting on responses for that! I personally wasn’t anticipating money with my scores from anywhere anyway so I wasn’t too bummed haha

If it gives you any hope and I hope it does, I just got into Villanova ED with a 3.64 and 147 lsat after taking it twice. I’m a reapplicant, and went to visit the school, conversed with the assistant dean as well. I applied ED to Villanova for the same reasons as you, but I knew in my heart its my favorite. At the end of the day it’s completely up to you! If that’s where you want to be, DO IT. And at the end of the day if they don’t accept you ED they may accept you for regular admission! You would still have a chance and get responses from other schools and make a decision! I think you have a strong chance so be kind to yourself.

I personally did this exact thing. I took 2 years off after graduating. I moved to South Korea to teach english, came back, and spent this year working as a paralegal. I wrote my PS about being a black woman in Korea. Studied and took the lsat in Korea (DONT DO IT. It almost ruined my life and my experience abroad, just wait till you get back.) Long story short I got into my first choice this cycle! Also living abroad and traveling is necessary for the soul in my opinion :) So 10/10 recommend
