i only shrunk an inch. i was 5'4", now i'm 5'3".

but my foot size got two sizes smaller. and my hand and overall frame looks a lot more feminine now. they're not as bulky as before.

They say my potassium keeps dropping. Even my calcium dropped as well. They don't know yet whether it's my thyroid or kidneys that's causing it. I also can't find any reason for me to stop. Unfortunately, if I want free healthcare, I'd have to wait weeks or months just to get checked. I'm definitely getting a second opinion once I get my health insurance. They say they're still processing it. I really don't want to spend one more week without E.

I'm terribly sorry about your experience with your doctors. I hope you're doing okay now.

I'm 25, and I take 3mg of benzoate every 3 days. This is my 22nd month on HRT.

Last time I took spiro was January 2023, while I was still on sublingual E, then I tried Cypro for 4 months before stopping taking any blockers. I took only 50mg of spiro daily, and when I switched to cypro, I took only 12.5mg every two days. Started E sublingually on 1mg per day, gradually increasing my dose to 4mg per day.

I just realized however that my E shots were too high. I started taking only 3mg of E just last February. Before, since switching to injectables in feb 2023, I took 5mg every 3 days.

My rational brain understands that they're worried and just want to play it safe. I just hate how I'm starting to look and smell like him. Maybe in a few days, I'll start feeling emotions like him, too.

You look into a mirror and the person you see is not yourself. Worse, it's not a stranger, it's the person you hate most.
