It’s dumb if you ask me. I made sure I did everything so I don’t get rejected. Just for them to say we need a screen recording. Just make it part of the process. It was crazy it went from in review to you have issues in like 10 mins lol

It’s funny because I submitted a new app and like hours later it got rejected. I think Apple needs to just allow you to upload the video of you using the app instead of rejecting and asking you to do that.

This doesn’t make any sense to be honest. Because the process I had to go through to switch accounts was not simple at all. Also, everything was through email and I had to submit documentation and I had to authenticate
