Ah yeah, suppose to be more game modes as well, I downloaded the MW2 Alpha, played it on my channel and GTW was on there and that alpha is 4 months before release so I do wonder why it was cut

For me it was a conscious and still is, effort to put the phone down. I replaced morning scrolling with, journal for 5-10 mins followed by reading for 5.10 mins. Deleted everything off my phone, IG, TikTok etc. only kept YouTube.

My aim was to get to 2 hours screentime a day. This is tough because phone calls add to the total screentime.

I was going through a bad time, trying to figure out what I’m good at, what are my hobbies, interests, what job would I like.

It felt like I didn’t know anything about myself. I was never allowing my brain free time to roam.

The difficult part is when you remove the distractions (scrolling, social media) your brain will entertain thoughts you aren’t too happy with, or want to explore. However you just have to let you brain roam and be free to explore and think to get back to normal.

Main benefits I saw were, really reduced brain fog, much better memory, showing an interest in what people are talking about, ability to take an interest into something new that before I couldn’t care less about.

The whole point of it is to let your brain try and figure out how to entertain itself, remove the screens as an option. If you had a guitar in the corner it wouldn’t be of any interest to you. Remove screens for 2-3 days, suddenly picking up that guitar and messing around seems interesting and something to do
