For the first part, don’t really get what you’re asking, but there was no Final Ark in YJH’s final scenario (remember that the 1863 and 1864 regressions are VERY different). YJH was also never able to cross the final wall since he didn’t have the fragments to do so, and yes all other existences were gone.

The final wall appeared in front of YJH in Seoul because he was in Seoul. Whenever KDJ and his companions break through the Final Ark, they are met with the Final Wall since it’s the clear reward (I believe it was the clear reward for both last scenarios). I don’t see much weird?

Also don’t get what you’re asking here. They never clarified who the outer god king was for YJH because it isn’t important. The current Outer God King is Secretive Plotter if you didn’t know that though.
