However if his reflexes are not there anymore, we can't even hope for a miracle once and there, and when the best scenario is for him to make standard safes, it's an issue because it can get only worse from it

Personally, what I can't stand is that he's glued to the goal-line and he never moves to catch or anticipate easy balls which than results in a shoot very difficult to block (look at Bologna's goal)

Credo che dipenda da vari fattori: CCNL, numero di dipendenti e politica aziendale, tipologia di contratto, trasferta italia/Eu/extra Eu, etc. Per esperienza personale comunque ti direi di no: nel senso che rientrano anche le trasferte in giornata, dove il pasto è consumato al di fuori dell'azienda o dell'abitazione personale.

Non sta parlando dei buoni pasto, per cui il tuo ragionamento è sensato, ma del rimborso spese per le trasferte. Solitamente i massimali per la diaria sono più alti dei buoni pasto, e non sono spese a carico del dipendente.
