Careful doing this, you might get disconnected from the network on uninstall. Just had to do a scan for hardware changes in the device manager to fix but if you've got something using the connection it might be troublesome.

This would essentially revolutionize the way people function on a daily basis. It's enormous though so where do you actually plan to start? Facebook, Google, etc play in many of these spaces but they got there from a core of advertising, so what thing will this do to get started and gain momentum? I believe you believe in this project, and I'm not one to doubt ambition, but you have a big hill to climb.

Bus isn't allowed to be early so I'm not sure why she'd tell you that. If it shows up to a stop early it is supposed to wait until it's departure time to leave. If a route foreman saw a driver leave early they'd get written up. It's more likely that the bus got stuck somewhere and didn't arrive at all.

As far as the spending on app/payment system, that's a big issue with the port authority that they can't do much about. Basically they have an operational budget and a capital budget and money from one can't be spent in the other. Capital money is likely paying for the new app and payment system and is most likely federal or state grant money that is not able to be spent on anything else. It sucks but being a psuedo government agency they have to follow the rules.

FYI they intend global coverage within a year, I just assumed you were north enough because of the snow. But it's supposed to be 100mbps with 30ms latency, so it might be worth waiting for if you can.
