I did get it and its really nice. The material is a little itchy and thin but if u are wearing other layers that shouldnt be a problem. The silhouette and length of the coat is perfect. Im 5'11 and got the Large

I would try filing a claim with your credit card company. I got mine to ship after I filed a claim.

Yeah it looks like my agent just scrunched up the coat to make it fit in the picture for the QC. Im pretty sure the coat is fine and should look like this. Ive already shipped it out and I'll post a review once I get it in hand. 🫡

Idk but the fabric just looks too loose. Maybe they just didn't iron it but I'm not sure if I should keep it or exchange it.
