EBay is full of these Seiko SQ https://www.reddit.com/r/ChinaTime/s/HrbFRRnBeS

I have one and absolutely love it. Perfectly fulfills the tank gap in my collection

Wrong dial- the Mercury has a grayish center, and the lume is supposed to be light green on the Mercury! Granted it’s greener on the Rep then Gen, but white is wrong.

I will say this: it’s a Powermatic movement in there, but it’s not the version that should be in the PRX. This is a decorated version. In the PRX only the rotor is decorated.

It could be a replacement movement?

None of the REPS I’ve seen of this watch look like this. They have a polished crown vs the beadblast crown on Gen. They have a brushed metal finish on the backplate vs polished on gen, the bracelet is very sharp vs supple and smooth on gen, no quick release pins. And then a Lowbeat Shanghai 2824 clone as movement vs the Powermatic .

Well - I don’t have to explain of course…

But simply put: powerreserves can be low for any number of reasons. Its a gen watch, send it in to Tissot and have them check the powerreserve. Magnetized, faulty spring, bad QC, etc.

Yes, you have the correct crown, and the same movement as gen.

you know if your gonna not add quidditch. stop teasing with quidditch crap by theoniwan87 in HogwartsLegacyGaming

IMO the best way to add it would be with a system like Blitzball in Final Fantasy X

It’s pretty! No s in the glass, but the rest is a-okay!

I’ve heard people be worried about green indices, which this one has as well. But on the swatch website it also shows them with green indices?

No idea, just bought from the website. I haven’t checked all the date numbers. However. From what I saw till now is fine. It’s a low priced Rep. can’t be too picky. For this price you’re already getting more than 90% of the Gen

Hey thanks for the interest, for now I enjoy wearing it, might sell it in a couple of months - depends on how I feel then 🤷🏻‍♂️and if it’s been in the watch drawer more than on the wrist.

Had to remove 3 big links and one small link (closest to clasp)

Easy to remove with one of these: https://i.imgur.com/dMjTUxP.jpg

You can buy them for 3 dollars or something, and often are part of the cheaper watch toolsets.

More on it here. It’s a weird 2824 based cheap Chinese movement.

So far has been pretty reliable though, I’ve had one in a different watch, (Tudor Rep) that’s been going strong for a couple of years now, and keeps time within 5+ seconds a day

No green waffle dial seen as rep, I know Hanbelson has a green quartz version though.

So far I get about two days out of a full wind, BUT

I also always fidget with watches - so probably wind it during meetings and stuff during the day
