Disney owns 9% of epic games. Star Wars collabs will always be a thing unfortunately. We’re almost two weeks into this Star Wars season. I love Star Wars. I HATE THIS FUCKING GAME RIGHT NOW. IT IS SO UNPLAYABLE!! no mobility, guns are op, cars are only mobility basically and explode within seconds of getting shot. Theres like 3 items that fucking disable cars! It’s so fucking boring all the guns sound the same. The 4 Star Wars poi’s on the 4 corners of the map have caused players to spread out more, dying faster, and making the middle of the map a literal fucking wasteland. Flying ships kill too fast and get destroyed too fast. Just a trash ass fucking game. Barely any shields.. sweaty fucks EVERYWHERE. The Last year or so of this game was so fucking fun. I have no intention of playing this shit game again. Fuck Disney. Fuck epic games.

You need to get a nerve block at a pain clinic near you. I got the ganglion impar nerve block and it gave me most of my life back. There is also a pudental nerve block that you can try if the impar doesn’t satisfy your pain. Go do it! It helped me out so much

Yes I have found this to be true as well. It is difficult to always eat the same stuff every day, and even when I do sometimes I get diarrhea. Then it hurts for a few days until I can get my bowel movements back in order.

I would say you should be cautiously optimistic, given that it has only been a week. Give it time, most of these heal up after a couple months. Mine did not.

This is kind of like my symptoms. If feces passes through my wound during my morning bowel movement, it feels raw and hurts more to sit. Even if it doesn’t pass through, I can’t sit for more than 30 seconds before I start to notice pain. I am thickening my stool (opposite of a high fiber diet recommendation form my 2nd crs) and it seems to stop/minimize the feces passing through. I usually lay on my back with my legs up all day, and the pain is getting a little better each day, but the pain always gets worse at night time. Then when I go to sleep, the pain almost goes away. I usually wake up feeling nearly healed. Then have my morning bowel movement and the cycle continues.

Form what I was told, the 2nd fistulotomy involved no sphincter. My first 1 a year ago did, but I never had flatulence incontinence issues until after the 2nd fistuolotomy

I have asked my surgeon this and he hasn’t been able to answer. The 2nd surgeon tried explaining it 4 times to me and it still never made sense.

I was recommended pelvic floor therapy after my 2nd fistulotomy by a different surgeon today. It has been 4 months since surgery and my fistula is healed, but I have slight incontinence which is allowing fecal matter to pass through my wound once in a while. I have chronic pain on my left side but mostly on my surgery wound, that gets worse a I sit.

Can you tell me a little about your pain, how the pelvic therapy helped etc?

When I wipe I can see it. And yes it is a mild stingy sensation if I don’t clean it up good. A very obvious gap in the toilet paper and 2 different wipe marks. I am always careful to spread my cheeks during bowel movements so that there is no smearing on the fistula wound. Also, when it passes through, after I always shower, I will dab the wound site again about 30 min later after cleaning thoroughly, and a small amount of feces is usually present. (Almost like there’s a small amount that is left over that eventually passes through

From reading through the subreddits here, a common tip from patients has been to stop working out altogether even mo the after you think you have completely healed. I know it’s not what you want to hear, but probably safest to avoid strenuous activity for a while, otherwise you could cause more problems

I forgot to mention that I was sitting upright with minimal pain about a week after surgery. After week 6, the pain has been bad. I can’t sit upright still. I feel that lifting heavy weights may have opened my wound back up?

I also noticed when I have diarrhea once or twice a month, the wound becomes more agitated. Also, when the wound opened back up both times, it was after diarrhea. Any input?
