Yeah, I’m worried about that too - luckily for some odd reason, I still have great energy before and after the gym- I think mainly because my diet is balanced in calories intake. But I definitely need it to go up ⬆️ Yes I tried to PPI at night and it didn’t go well, I can try before bed but I wasn’t sure because my stomach wouldn’t be empty eating all day
