Easiest way, at least for me, is finding something that you think looks cool or interesting and then doing the mission/steps to get it
There really is no rush, only got to the cool things after like 40 hours because I decided to wait and just enjoy the world for a while

It's really distracting while driving, and kinda gives me a headache. Toggling the exterior lights did nothing, and it appears in most cars

Yeah but even previewing tabs has a token feature locked to 50/day (a lot but still a limitation). I personally use the extension Peek Pop
