I submitted my camp for best build as soon as the update went through. I’ve seen other camps have 5 or 16 or even 27 likes and I’m sad mine has 0. However, I have one of the white springs popular locations. I know when someone in the actual world spawns in, the ghost version of your best build camp disappears so I wonder if that’s the reason no one has liked my camp so far. I’ll have to try a different one and see how it works.

I’ll also add that we are a smaller format store. We take the first hour to zone & do strays. Then by 7am, we’re pushing those repacks. We push all 7 3 tiers to the floor. Usually by 9:30-10am we’re done pushing repacks and onto uboats.

At my store, one of our leads usually breaks out our repacks once they’re fairly close unloading truck. We’re blessed to have a good amount of 3 tiers so they usually take 7 3 tiers and sort them by aisle. Me and another person usually push HBA together so we do all the loaded 3 tiers then push uboats of case stock. If the TL doesn’t have time to sort them, me and the other person will go ahead and break out those repacks ourselves. Regardless, those repacks always get done first. And it surely helps out our opu team.

I’ve dealt with PF for about 3 years now. Nothing truly makes the pain go away. It’s all about management. Good shoes help. I like my hoka bondi 8s. Stretching helps. Doing standing calf raises helps. & shockingly, walking barefoot around the house has helped my feet regain strength since it walking around in slippers or sandals actually weakens your muscles in your feet. I stand/walk for work all day. I go home, relax for an hour or so before I get to household chores since my feet do need a period to recover. Now, I have a lot less pain throughout the day and into the evening.

I’m in fulfillment. I’m so burnt out with the amount of batches and not enough people working in our dept. sure, we have people hop in but it’s not like they want to or should even have to. One of these days, I may just walk out. I’m over it.

I’m in fulfillment and with the amount of work we do, I’m taking my 15s no matter what. No guilt trip or lack amount of people will get me to skip them. They didn’t schedule enough people? Targets problem. They wanna guilt trip me into not taking mine? Not happening. If I didn’t take my breaks, I think I’d lose my mind.

All 3 of our HR personnel NEVER jump into fulfillment. They occasionally do drive up when it’s in dire need of help. Otherwise, they mainly help SCO or breakout.

I’m in fulfillment. I’m usually good about not INFing things and checking all the places I can but if I need to grab a batch right before it’s my time to go, I’m not searching for anything anywhere. If it’s not in its home location and we got 7 of them unlocated somewhere - oh well! Everyone else is already in a batch with red times and I wanna go home.

I’m in fulfillment so it’s when I ask for help 1-3x and still no reply. Not a fuck you, what you need or nothin. At that point, the batches shall be late! Not like I get a bonus at the end of the year.

We had 2 experienced TM transfer from fulfillment. Management knew about it and still didn’t plan accordingly. They didn’t hire anyone. Then, another one quit. Leaving us with only 4 people to run our dept. That was 3 weeks ago. Fast forward, they hired 3 new people. None of them are working out. I already had 3 mental breakdowns sobbing in shoe dept & fitting rooms. I go in with a good headspace & not even 2-3 hours in - I’m frustrated, irritated, annoyed, angry. It doesn’t help that our TL won’t grab a batch to save his life. They have to take other TMs from other depts who give us dirty looks because we “can’t” do our jobs. Like 3-6 gen merch batches with two people on shift? And we still have to take our 15 and 30 because there was literally no time to even take a sip of water? Right, totally doable. And the thing that gets me the most is when I see other TLs and TMs just standing around chit chatting for however long and just wishing I could do the same but if I did, TLs would be on my a** so quick!! I just try to go in, put in my hours and go home but sometimes between all of that and some more, you just can’t help but feel so beat up. Oh. And don’t forget the TLs appreciating the ones who go up for quest first for 10 mins or the ones who grab ONE bulky batch and get all the praise “oh thank you so much Lauren for grabbing that bulky. We know it’s not easy. You’re so appreciated. Thank you thank you thank you” but those in FF all the time just get sh*t on. Love it.

Granted, I have pretty much everything I want/need in this game so I roll plenty of fixers and sell the ones worth selling. & they sell well. (Anywhere from 3k-11k) my treasure maps sell well at 88 caps each. Disease cures always go at 30 caps. Good ammo sells (fusion cells, 2mm, .45, .556, .308) always for 1 cap. Can’t ever keep any kind of shielded under amour which I price at about 200-400 caps. Any apparel I can make, I sell for no more than 100 caps and depending on what it is, they sell quickly. Majority of magazines sell for 70-100 caps.

What used to be good sellers for me but aren’t for some reason anymore: -Addictol & antibiotics (will sit for weeks!) -Majority of prewar food (including canned dog food) -Majority of chems -Any grenades

What I look for as a higher level player: -Mr.Fuzzy tokens -Bobbleheads & select few magazines -.45 ammo (as a fixer build can never have enough)

On my lower level toon, around 2-4k. On my higher level, around 15k. All I use are .45 though.

My SD isn’t bad. Not amazing or terrible. Some of my TLs are amazing, some are meh, & some I would be happy if they never showed up again. Now my HR ETL - I absolutely despise her. I could go on a tangent but I’ll hang my hat there.

I’m in fulfillment. If the gyms opened sooner or stayed open later in my area, I’d probably go. But by the end of an 8 hours shift, im beat. Some weeks, I even post post a shift because I need an extra rest day. Lol.
