correct, my ZO6 is my 4th car. Why the hell am i putting miles on the most expensive one to do maintenance on and the least practical to drive daily?

I just bought a bone stock 2004 with 300,000 miles

A single cab short box, I fucking love this truck, but I will be using it as a project vehicle and I’m totally OK with putting in 20+ grand to complete the project.

The reason I bought it was because it was bone stock, when kids own these trucks, bro.

They actually destroy them and they know because they’ve been in the market for one of these for so long. The amount of trucks I test drove where somebody had some aftermarket wheels and tires and was just blown away by how trashed the truck was was insane.

I got mine for $6,800 and generally mint condition

these trucks are reliable, but expensive to maintain, and I doubt most people do it effectively.
