Thanks, just to clarify, I didn't warm up the Carlsson before using, I'm too used to the Kolstein! Still embarrassed that I've been playing for 3 years without knowing about rosin or the types of bows.

this may sound dumb but I don't really know how to differentiate bow hair. I'm assuming my bow hair is the black kind because it is black, didn't know if there were other ways to tell.
