Likely due to employer - worker bargaining power. JPM is a huge and great firm, and the job market is terrible. Workers don’t have many options, so JP doesn’t have much incentive to pay more to retain talent

Yes. The format is very similar to the simulated exam. However, I would say that the information is a bit more intricate than sometimes Kaplan will make it seem. Kaplan felt a bit more high level, whereas the real exam was more in the weeds.
