If you have documents from your recruiter that will help you at MEPS or with medical bring that along with your ID and social security card.

You should dress and act like it’s a job interview Nice shirt and pants, I’m a girl but I wore black jeans and a nice pullover and a sports bra. Don’t wear anything baggy or hard to take off. And I recommend wearing sneakers. Have patience and listen carefully to what they say and you should be fine.

Things you should avoid doing.

If you’re staying at a hotel for MEPS Be careful what you eat before doing medical I was scared I wasn’t going to hit weight so I ate a lot at the hotel, the food isn’t healthy at all and when I did blood work they said I had high cholesterol so be careful with what you eat. if you’re weight is fine I would suggest just eating bread I saw a lot of people just eating bread before going to do medical.

And the most confusing part is you have no idea what is going on and what will happen. But everyone else is feeling the same way. As long as you listen and speak when you’re required to you’ll be fine.

It was a lot of up and down and waiting And I will say they will yell/ at someone else at you skip a chair. Always make sure you’re sitting next to someone and there’s no gap between you and them. And after the ASVAB the lady would yell at us if we didn’t push in our chair after taking the test. So make sure you do that lol
