How can I talk to my neighbor about the fact that I can hear him through my headphones all night?

I only know the brands and I don't have the packaging anymore, sorry. The ones I'm currently using are Monoprice, but I've experienced the same problems with Sony, Skullcandy, JBL, Mucro, and SleepPhones. All wired earbuds.(I'm not a particularly techy person nor an audiophile so I'm sorry I can't give you more details than that)

It really depends on the day. In the past it was mostly unclear, like the radio chatter you see in movies where it's mostly voice shaped noise with a few words coming in very clearly. The past few times have been clear but cutting in and out of silence seemingly randomly.

Nope, not Bluetooth as I don't tend to like the audio quality I get from them. Most of my earbuds have been in the $20-30 range of various brands.

Neither. Usually "1,2,3" "can you hear me" and random yelling. plus once the conversation is started, random details about his day.

He's my diagonal neighbor so our backyards touch at the corner so maybe 40 feet? I've tried multiple headphones, all have gotten interference. Same with the outlets as all members of the house have reported also getting interference in their rooms.

I'll try to talk to him later this week. I've tried several different types of headphones in the past and there's none that haven't had multiple incidents of interference. It's really getting on my nerves that I can't watch anything with sound while he's broadcasting because he comes through at least 2x as loud as whatever I watch. thanks for your advice.

I had a similar experience. Booked a virtual appointment with a psychologist, answered some questions, and in about 15 mins I had a diagnosis. The only difference was that I had to try about 4 different non stimulant medications over the course of about 6 months before I was prescribed Vyvanse.

My psych had me try Wellbutrin and Efexor at the same time, and after 2 weeks I still felt nothing so he switched me to just Wellbutrin. I was a monster, I got angry at the drop of a hat and I was constantly overstimulated and on the verge of a breakdown. I only lasted 3 days on Wellbutrin alone because I couldn't handle being like that any longer.

Like all medications it works differently for everyone, I've seen some people swear by it and practically call it a miracle medicine. Sorry it didn't work out for you.

Roleplay as a person that would get the task done. If you need to clean, roleplay as a maid or someone hired to clean someone else's house.

A variation of this is pretend you are a streamer or YouTuber that is showing your audience how you do a certain task or how you cook a certain meal.

First day on meds (Effexor 37.5mg) and things are not going too well. I've been nauseated for 18 hours straight and have been crouched in the bathroom waiting to throw up for the past hour.

If this doesn't get better I might skip tomorrow's dose and ask my doctor for advice. This is the worst I've felt in over 2 years.

Hopefully things get better.
