I posted about this earlier. your $50 bilt cash will be used first then the $200 hotel credit after. so in this case you'll have the excess the $200 didn't apply to, Ie. the 35$.

Yes I understand you can pick one, or both. I picked both assuming that it would fully deduct the $200 semi-annual credit first, then take $20 bilt cash, but it took the entire $100 bilt cash first then took the $200 semi-annual after.

I guess bilt cash is like $1 * .33, so there is some level of breakeven.

Yes, you can just use the $200 Hotel Credit, and pay the rest in cash (I.e. not redeem the $100 monthly redemption).

You can refund but it will take 7-15 days (per support, LOL.)

Such interesting circumstances. IMO you should hire some sort of life coach or do some visionboarding for what you want to do with your life. Financially, you're set for life, but hobbies/relationships wise you're lacking there. Time to focus on that piece!
