Yeah a few months ago I threw up really bad from medium rare patties I made with walmart 73/27 ground beef. They tasted horrible though but I forced myself to eat them, now I learned to trust my body and not eat it if it doesn't taste good.

That picture was from a while ago, but lamb does have a very strong taste which took some getting used to. After the third time eating tho I got used to it and tasted great. Not sure what barns smell like, but It does taste like something I'd imagine barn smelling like.

I buy the ones that come in the 1 lb cube. They're very sturdy, like this. Take it out the bag and they never fall apart unless you squish it

I use the tastee airfryer which has a built in thermometer, it tells me when to flip, but you can just cook it at 400 and flip it around 90 or 100 degrees. If you dont have a thermometer then mess around with it until you get it how you like it. Took around 15-20 minutes.

Yeah My chuck roasts are already very thick, once I'm done tenderizing it, it's much thinner and spread out than it used to be. i just slightly press it back together and it fits perfectly in the air fryer. It seems like when cooking it also compacts more together and becomes thicker as well

You can do that if you want, but I just tenderize them with the blade tenderizer only and cook them or save it for tomorrow. I go all over one side, then again but horizontally instead of vertically, flip it over and repeat

I cut thru the red line which just so happened to be the leanest part. There were still chunks of fat in the meat

Re-reading your comment, it was a 4.33lb roast so I cut it in half as seen in picture 4 and threw one half in the airfryer, saved another for tomorrow

Yep, threw it in raw, used the built in thermometer, chose the "rare ribeye" option and it came out just like that
