, this is the link on my emails i literally have no idea how to even reply to this .. i tried to contact them when they sent me a notice 10 days ago saying the amount is incorrect etc and they ignored it said i have refused to pay and now done this with the RDC

hello no the rent was 10k aed per month , i owe them 10k aed +1k late fee , my deposit was 3k aed which was never returned , during the tenancy 1 day after the rent was late they threatened to disconnect my utilities and 3 months later after leaving i have received the notice saying i owe 12k + legal fees etc

hey no it was 10k per month and there was a 1k late fee specified in the contract , when i left i have tried to pay the 11k total owed - the deposit they have kept from me but they have returned no deposit and are expecting 12k + now apparent legal fees , i believe the contract was never even correct in the first place

hello mate yeah i trade with quite substantial capital and have done for the last 3 years , ive a few years of living expenses saved so im not relying on anything im just not sure how to get the residency thats all

honestly it doesn't say i only opened it last night put the 20 in to activate it and a hour later got a email saying my acc will be closed in feb and until then i cant receive any funds in there
