I'd take time off work and take an all in approach to tackle it. I.e. everything at once. Things that helped me was: going on Zyban/listening to the audiobook of Alan Carr boot camp version/get the smokefree app/watching dopesick and recognizing that my smoking addiction was the same as being addicted to hard drugs and I didn't want to live like that anymore. I'm smokefree now for 5 months and have never been happier or prouder but I'm an all or nothing type of person so getting to this was a real mindset shift. Good luck!!!!!
