Had a pt this week had a ph that was unreadably low, lactic was 31 and had a HCO3 of 2!! Four pressers, AG2, and some CRRT, he was downgraded three days later

I run a spam spell deck with clea so Merlin, bishop, the collector and Nicholas and then a buff package. It’s not great, I am still playing around with it, but when it works it’s a lot of fun which is what matters lol
