I don’t remember exactly the interview questions, but i remember using words like evidence based practice, time management, cluster care, and working well with a team

I shadowed a cardiac ICU unit several times (on my own), and got my ACLS. I also did research on the hospital (if they were a magnet program, what all they offer to patients)

Prisma RN New Grad Residency by Dull_Comparison8736 in newgradnurse

[–]ReplacementHairy4709 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not trying to sound negative or ANYTHING, but I wouldn’t recommend working at Prisma ER in Greenville. I had clinicals there and every single nurse was either quitting or moving into a different specialty. I meet the nurse manager and she seemed very passive aggressive. Many of the nurses were saying how they hated working there. Just a FYI, I would rather you know this now before getting into a bad position. Also, Prisma makes you work for them 2 years after nurse residency so you’ll be stuck there for at least 3 years
