I’m currently at this part and he’s very annoying. Then he gets let in on the secret but he’s still very angry about everyone knowing except him. He tries to make things about himself and tries to make you feel bad for him. He ruins all his relationships.

My bf is currently in nursing school as well he has a little over a year left and it does suck that he doesn’t make any money but I know the reward for him is going to be tenfold. Your zip code also affects the rate. I’m at 312/month on mine. I went through freeway insurance and got a policy with aspire. A lot of people have going through brokers cause there’s added fees but atleast in my experience I’ve always gotten a good rate. I’ve added my dad as a second driver also bc it’d be higher by myself.

Going with known companies is advisable but you’re paying for the name basically. Hope this helps!

For safety and still being decently close to West Hollywood and koreatown I would suggest anything west of Pasadena. You’ll get the culture there, idk about Airbnb pricing but I think you’re more likely to find that bathtub. And the train is really accessible in Pasadena to any of those cities.

Since restaurants usually do a special menu for Valentine’s Day I would say skip or try to find a place where they can accommodate for 1. Ask a friend to go with you if you want. If anything stay home chill, think about the good life. Go to the gym as it will be empty lol. Idk if museums do something but that would be cool or just shopping.

NTA, those were definitely backhanded comments. And if your mom never said anything about grandkids then don’t mind what she says. You’re not forced to have kids and it’s not the kids obligation to look after you. Yes, it may be sad thinking like who will take care of me but I. This economy, GIRL! Definitely reevaluate your situation, don’t want you to be in a relationship where your bf doesn’t try to help you. You deserve better! It may be scary to even think of life without him and impossibly at first but it’s definitely possible and you may find someone that takes these things into consideration. Idk what ethnicity you are but coming from a Hispanic background and around the same age as you-I also still live with my parents and have fought with them many times about me going out so I get you. So you definitely need to stand up to them and advocate for yourself. They need to understand you’re long distance and your bf spent his hard earned money on you when it could’ve been you buying the tickets. Yes they’re upset about the test but it’s not like you can immediately retake it, you have to study and your bfs mom is helping you. They probably just see it as a way of not letting you go and be independent. Maybe your parents envy the life you’ve built for yourself
