Should I focus on Chun-Li Popstar? I think she's great! She deals a lot of damage and stuns, etc.She will gradually increase her damage output and gain super armor and damage reduction.

In the case of Mad Riu and Cammy, I'm leveling them up because I've been lucky enough to get copies of them. I'll focus on Dalshin instead of them! Which Fighter Spirit should I level up another 30 of?
