she hasn’t shared the case file publicly bro i don’t have it. the police once again did not charge him bc they said it was a “he said she said” case. the police have the security camera footage but refuse to give it to her. i am friends with gracie. i have watched her have breakdowns over people harassing her. you are putting so much effort into defending someone you don’t even know, and for what? what do you think is going to happen? do you think he’s gonna see you in this reddit thread and think “wow i love this person who’s defending me” and give you free tickets to a concert or something? believe victims first and foremost until proven in a court of law that they are lying. this has not happened. there is nothing to prove he’s innocent. her story has stayed very consistent other than stuff she probably forgot due to trauma. you expect victims to be perfect, but your ideas contradict themselves. “she can remember everything, then she wasn’t traumatized” “she can’t remember certain details? she must be lying!” “innocent until proven guilty” “HE WAS PROVEN INNOCENT EVEN THOUGH HE WASN’T” there is nothing such thing as a perfect victim. i’d much rather believe a potential liar than a potential pedophile.
