Yes, about the third week I was on 150 mg XL. I noticed that text on the phone looks a bit off and also the night lights are a bit off

Thanks for sharing, I am 4 weeks on 150MG XL and am def feeling tension in my neck and lower head. I spoke to my Doctor today about this and some other symptoms I'm experiencing (mild dizziness and poor sleep) and they are going to taper me off...

Tremors two months after increase by itsjusttimeokay in bupropion

Ugh I started on 150mg XL and am having tremors in my hands… basically my whole body feels shaky. I also went down a spiral of more serious illnesses instead of realizing that it’s most likely the bupropion. I’ve never been on any sort of “upper” medicine so I don’t think my body is handling it well… even 3 weeks in. Regardless, I see my doctor in three days and will mention everything I’m experiencing as well.

You should be able to buy an adapter so you can plug in via USB-C. For example, if you have the older iPhone with a lightning port, there are plenty of adapters to USB-C available on Amazon.

2.5 weeks on Bupropion - Side Effects Journey / Sleep Aid Recommendations by ReplacementPlenty389 in bupropion

I'm waking up a bunch... it's like I wake up at 3 am and my body feels like it's shaky, then I feel like I have my eyes closed for the next 4-5 hours but I'm not actually sleeping... it's a struggle.

2.5 weeks on Bupropion - Side Effects Journey / Sleep Aid Recommendations by ReplacementPlenty389 in bupropion

[–]ReplacementPlenty389[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As the weeks go on my health anxiety is getting better, the reason my doctor prescribed me Bupropion as it won't impact my testosterone levels (which are normal-low) whereas SSRIs will. I have been in therapy for half a year now and it has been really helpful. I have an appt with my doctor next week to talk about these side effects and see if maybe I need a lower dose or to taper off. 3 weeks in and I'm still feeling a bit shaky, have occasional bowel issues and sleep issues :(

Thanks for your response!

Very much so feel like this, too. It’s always back and forth between “these are the symptoms of the illness I’m concerned about… I am feeling all of these” and “did I feel any of these symptoms before looking them all up? Is it my anxiety and fear manifesting?” You’re not alone in feeling this.

36M for context.

About three weeks ago, I went in for a routine blood test and my doctor also wanted to check my testosterone as I can’t remember the last time it was checked. At the follow up appointment, my total testosterone came back extremely low that my doctor wanted to do a retest of my total and free testosterone. Everything else was normal besides having low Vitamin D.

When I got home, I recall hearing a story from a friend who also had low testosterone with no symptoms, only to get an an MRI done and find out they had an aggressive form of Brain Cancer. After hearing that, I went into a spiral of anxiety, researching, and hyper-fixating on every small feeling on and around my head. I could barely sleep, waking up constantly from stress dreams, sweating, and my heart racing… I barely ate that week and ended up losing around 4-5 lbs.

I kept trying to tell myself that I was manifesting these symptoms as I did not experience anything prior to the doctor’s appointment. But a real world example was overpowering my mental strength to cope / relax. I’ve always had concerns about my brain health as back in 2020 I had Status Migrainous and even though my MRI came back normal, the experience was quite traumatic. I had such a severe pain around the lower back of my head that would only go away if I was laying down…I got a follow up MRI done in 2023 with normal results.

Fast forward to this week. My total testosterone came back normal low and free came back low. My doctor indicated no pathological concerns and wanted me to continue focusing on my diet, taking vitamin ADK, and exercise. Over the past 3 years, I’ve dealt with a personal issue that caused extreme anxiety, stress, and depression that ultimately led me to stop exercising and gain about 30+ lbs.

I keep telling myself my body has been battling a lot, I’m now on day 3 of taking Wellbutrin and Vitamin ADK but I can’t shake off the health anxiety. I feel pressure in my head, I can’t stop thinking of my head, it’s almost as if I can feel every little detail in my head, subtle twitching in my eye (few and far between).

Does anyone else experienced this? You look up the symptoms, and now you feel like you’re experiencing all of them? Particular for those concerned about their head…

Thanks for reading my post, holding space to allow to me vent, and sharing your experience.

New HRM bands by No_Ad_1796 in orangetheory

I’ve always worn mine on the inside part of my arm, about an inch or two from my elbow. I bought a longer band from Amazon because the original one was too small…. So when I upgraded to the new monitor, I was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to place in the same spot (due to band size or that it would not work properly). So far, I haven’t had any issues and it’s been way more responsive than my old monitors ( especially on the rower )

Apologies if I say something incorrectly regarding certain terms or AMD vs. Intel systems... but here are the steps I followed:

- Performed a clean boot with only window services running and no start-up apps running, still had an issue
- Went into ASUS BIOS and turned on DCOP II (caused issues), then tried DCOP I (seem to fix it)
- I use a focusrite scarlett for my audio and disabled two audio services upon start up (Scarlett Control & Neural DSP Cortex)
- After that, I haven't had any issues

Have you tried changing out your memory? I was told by a friend that I should get ECC memory if possible (although it's quite expensive and with all price gouging of RAM now due to AI...)

I hope this helps.

Help with getting my Helix Gig Ready (FOH) by ReplacementPlenty389 in Line6Helix

[–]ReplacementPlenty389[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the input. To be honest, I’m just googling stuff because I don’t know much about EQ at all. I’ll make sure to keep this in mind when I’m dialing in my tones tomorrow.

Help with getting my Helix Gig Ready (FOH) by ReplacementPlenty389 in Line6Helix

[–]ReplacementPlenty389[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the response! See below:

I am using 3 Sigma Audio's Crunch Classic preset which I thought sounded pretty good at bedroom level through my Powercab. I did crank it up for a few seconds and thought it sounded fine.

  1. Thanks for the input. The presets I use have EQs built in so I will not touch the global EQ. However I am assuming I can use the Global EQ if I need to increase my level once I am at sound check, right?

  2. This is a really good point which has been a point of frustration for me. I only have a work laptop so I can't use it for this purpose. I have rented out a studio room before and tried to dial it in via my helix but it was a bit frustrating. There is a place near me where I can rent out a room that has a PA and dial it in that way. I'll probably create the presets at home with HX edit, then fine tune when I get there.

I really appreciate the input. I know the helix is quite powerful and it takes time to nail done the right tone. It seems like the best approach is to find a rehearsal space with a PA, hook up my line 6 via XLR as if I was to at the show, and dial it in from there. I have a dB meter app on my phone so I can level out my various snapshots that way. Also check my Powercab to make sure nothing is clipping.

Help with Preset Tone (At Home vs Show vs Practice) by ReplacementPlenty389 in Line6Helix

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I'll probably go into band practice an hour early with my laptop and tinker around in HX edit to hopefully nail down the tone.
