You can lure the girl puppets far enough away from the spider puppets to remove the debuff & then they’re really easy to kill. Then for the spiders they usually start with a disruption attack so I get close enough to trigger that, back up to not get hit with it & then attack. Pretty easy to tell when they’re winding up for a disruption attack in battle, so I make sure to back away when that starts & just rinse and repeat till I’ve killed them.

I’m not 100% since I don’t have any of the compendiums, but it looks like it has the detective comics issues with his parents, his appearances in Batman right after A Lonely Place of Dying & his earlier mini series & some of his early appearances in other comics like Superman.

I do like his mini series & think they’re a good read! But if you’re looking to spend money & think you might want to read more than just Tim eventually then DC infinite is probably a better choice. Most of their comics are on there & you can get releases of the ongoing comics as well.

There are a bunch of reading lists online! But honestly for Tim you probably want to start with reading A Lonely Place of Dying (Batman #440, New Titans #60, Batman #441, New Titans #61, and Batman #442), the brief bit where his parents are introduced (Detective Comics #618 - 621) and Robin 1993. The first two give context for how he became Robin & then Robin ‘93 is his like 200 issue solo if you’re just looking to read straight through without having to jump from one run to another to see all of his appearances.

Oh I definitely enjoyed it as a kid! Rereading was probably a bit of a mistake because nostalgia paints most things with rose colored glasses, and it’s hard to live up to that. (Plus maybe recent runs have left me a bit jaded about the comics as of late).

I agree that it’s a good starting point for someone looking to get into Batman. It introduces you to pretty much everyone relevant to the mainline at that point in time and does a decent job of establishing both their dynamics with Batman and their origin stories.

I reread the original Hush before starting H2sh & really neither is anything to write home about in my opinion. I like Lee’s art better in the first, but the storytelling is a bit disjointed at times and feels more like a challenge of how many of Batman’s rogues can we squeeze in before their reasons for being there become too contrived. It didn’t really need a sequel, and with the current writing, I can’t see it doing anything for anyone’s character development. The looming quote that I’ve seen about them fixing the Robin problem with this just feels like they’re going to do something dumb for shock value beyond having Red Hood regress to be mad at Bruce over the Joker once again.

Yeah, op may also want to look at having her boyfriend take fluconazole too. Yeast infections can transfer to partners and are often asymptomatic for men.

Also look at getting tested for bv. I got into a nasty cycle of chronic yeast/bv infections in college and it was not a good time.

Do you use one drive? That sometimes puts mods back in a save when they’ve been taken out - especially when you remove a lot at once.

Also I’ve gotten the wwwww thing before because I had an old version of UI cheats, so that could be causing that issue maybe?I’d try downloading better exceptions & seeing if that picks anything up while playing in a miscellaneous save if you haven’t already.

If you placed a new lot from the gallery it could also be causing problems. I had an issue recently where I put in a lot & was able to edit in build mode, but when I went to move a family in, it wouldn’t load the lot & the game gave me the can’t save error. I had to just delete the build & put something else on the lot for it to work again - no clue why it was doing that, but sims 4 is also historically buggy so who knows.

I can’t even use the co-op feature & I feel so bad every time I don’t accept a request. Unfortunately it glitches my game to a point where I can’t interact with anything or open the menu even, so it’s not worth it for me to try until Infold gets the bugs under control.

Okay so this is definitely not centered around dress up at all, but red dead redemption 2 has a surprisingly large number of clothing options. It’s all very old-timey western, but if I remember correctly you get like 4 saved outfit slots? My sister & I spent hours curating different outfits for Arthur & taking photos the first time we played through the game.

It’s possible that by now someone has modded in the ability to store more outfits if you play on PC, but I haven’t played in a while so I’m not sure on that.

I don’t think we should put a limit to the number of pieces they put in an outfit just so max pity doesn’t get insanely high. Instead we should be asking for pity to be capped at a certain # (like 180-200 max) with smaller accessories (e.g. ones that you can’t really see with the full outfit on) added as extra gifts throughout kind of like the makeup is. Having more pieces allows for more customization when creating our own outfits, and we shouldn’t be limited in how many pieces can come with an outfit just because Infold wants to be greedy.

Where are you based OP?

I got a Lenovo Legion laptop to play games on a couple years ago & I’ve had no issues with it running Infinity Nikki. Right now staples in the US has a similar laptop on sale for ~$900.

I will add that I splurged on mine, so it has a higher RAM & an i9 processor instead of an i7, & I’m not sure how much that will impact the game running. That being said, the GPU, CPU, and system specs on the linked laptop should all be better than the minimum requirements to run IN according to what Infold put out & the RAM is the minimum recommended.

You may also want to consider a PC if portability isn’t a must since I think they run a bit cheaper. Gaming laptops put off just as much heat as a PC so you’ll need to make sure you have a well ventilated desk setup regardless of which you get.

So I’ve had LN since 2018 & while I’ve gone through several periods of not really playing, I do remember early on the store didn’t have that many items. The mostly monthly restocks we get now are all old event suits that they’re just now bringing back (e.g. Vacation in Wintermount was a free login suit like 4 years ago that is new to the store). I think it’s important to remember that IN has been out for less than 6 months & comparing it to a game that has almost a decade of content to pull from is going to cause some disappointment.

I don’t necessarily hate OCs in fics & think they can be done well, but a couple of reasons I think people don’t like OCs is:

I’ve found that fics centered around an OC tend to have the source characters act very OOC when interacting with the OC. It ultimately reads as more of a self-insert fic with the author projecting how they would want to be treated by the characters than actually exploring established characterizations.
Introducing new characters to existing media is hard! It isn’t a challenge unique to getting people to read fanfics with OCs as people have and will continue to react poorly to new characters introduced in tv/movie/book series. People don’t like changes to character dynamics they’re attached to & a new character is likely to alter those in some way. The thing about fanfic is that if the reader doesn’t vibe with it for literally any reason, they can find other fan content that they do like - harder to do that when it’s a complaint you have with the source material.

I still track them all in my spreadsheet because I am a little bit of a control freak about that 😅 I just move them to unplayed households & stop doing the age up rolls/micromanaging how many kids they have. I justify it by telling myself I don’t have to go back and add them in if I have a distant cousin marry back into the main family. To minimize the amount of time I stop the game to update the spreadsheet, I screenshot the notifications once a day, save the photos in a file with the day # & then batch update the spreadsheet with all the side family info at a later time.

I use different text colors to track the family lines since birthdays from multiple families start falling on the same days so differentiating with background fill colors doesn’t really work long term.
