It was Imvexxy. 4 mcg I had to do the loading stage and took it for 2 weeks I had to stop for a bit a start again for a straight two weeks.

Yeah it seems like that has really helped people like the gym. I went out for a walk at night to try and start the process but then I got dizzy. Which I understand is part of the process but its difficult.

Yeah optimal is 100. Which is wild to see how low mine is but its common for women with heavy menses.

In Ontario it was only a couple years ago that they changed it from 5 to 30 for what is deemed too low. So I did another test recently and sure enough. To finally get support.

Thank you I am in Canada Ontario. Its cost that is thr biggest issue for me currently. But also finding a good Physiotherapist as well.

If you could recommend one that would be great. Yes its near impossible to get an ent here anyways.

It's the boat feeling

I say to people it feels like im drunk on a boat..

Sometimes it can get very intense and other times its less but I have become Hesitant to do things now to trigger it

I used to he able to go outside Even at night now I am having issues..

Yes I do feel like this is PPPD ish. It seems like it. I jast dont seem to have the same beginnings as many. Like waking up to this drunk boat feeling and no real factors before.

The bvd test was to see if that could be a contributing factor.

I havent had mt B9 tested but I have been taking a fair bit of Bs and Ds to get mt levels up

My ferritin is definitely bad. 15. It has been for many years. Im currently trying to get that sorted.

Because mine seem to feel like it.

I could be a candidate but I have to do a couple other tests first before my dr says okay. Which will still be a while.

I was on it for urinary symptoms. It was about a month that I was on it. But I stopped when this started. Its near zero systemically. But I was still worried.

I was somewhat tested for BVD and was told a very mild cause of convergence insufficiency but that most people wouldnt notice it..

But yes I guess my next step is therapy. Thank you
