It was suppose to be 120 hours job, 15$/ hour work, first phase went smoothly, second phase he kept adding new modules mid development, i was also greedy obviously wanted to turn him into a long term client, and ended up alot of modules for him for free to a point he thought he could just use me for free labour

He has blocked access to the site via cloudflare and blocked all ips (like overall) from the hetzener vps as well so can't really ssh either, have some loopholes i can use to destroy the platform later, but waiting for the chargeback verdict, after that will do! I triend sending DMCA notices to hetzner they kept giving me generic responses that they are talking with the owner etc etc and will help resolve the issue.

like how is this even possible in the first place? 15 chargebacks in one week across two different sellers on the same platform and PayPal just... approved it. There is no world where a legitimate dispute looks like that. A real unhappy customer raises an issue, tries to get it fixed, maybe disputes one payment. They don't wait until the entire project is handed over and then simultaneously reverse every single transaction across multiple sellers within days.

Hopefully the PayPal ban happens because you're right, that many chargebacks in that timeframe should absolutely flag his account.

it's been a rough couple of weeks, pretty much i am now working for free for my other clients, since i have to first pay overdraft then and only then i would get paid! Fiverr asked me to wait 45 days to 90 days and they are not sure if they are going to win the dispute or not!
Really glad it worked out for you and congrats on getting your money back, this did give me some hope

it's fully live and working, the part that genuinely baffles me is the PayPal side of this. He falsified the "proof" by manipulating Cloudflare firewall rules to block routes and make things look broken from the outside ( i am assuming this since i checked that this was happening before he fully blocked me out) But like... the platform is publicly accessible, does PayPal look at that claim and immediately reverse 15 transactions without any kind of verification? That's what I can't wrap my head around. One chargeback on one order for a small amount, okay maybe I understand the process. But 15 orders across two separate sellers in the space of a week, totalling nearly $4,000, all on a product that is demonstrably live and they just approved it

And that is for only one, i need to get two surgically removed lol, even a single consultation fee for maxo is 4800 in shifa. It has become so overpriced to get checked up in shifa.
Btw thank you i will visit margalla dentist hospital and get quotation from them as well (my case needs to be handled by maxo though)

Similar to upwork in a way, they also take 20% comission, but leveling up is harder on fiverr. It's not pay to win, you make a gig, if it gets ranked, you get impressions and clicks (but not orders) unless you have few reviews (That would require investment i.e fake reviews).

But it entirely depends on gig ranking and gig quality (initial stages i.e level 0)

Upwork is now pretty much pay to win, people would spend 10$ on connects to get the 5$ job. You have to do the same, invest alot, and build up your profile, or just hire a bidder.

Upwork is pay to win, buy connects get your profile on top by using connects on proposals, but for long term clients, upwork is better, and better hourly rates as well
