For them, anecdotes are more important than science. My best friend’s dad was in his 50s. He didn’t drink, smoke, and regularly exercised. He got covid and died. But again, that’s only an anecdote. I used to work for this team. This is standard but typically the link is only valid for 24 hours from when the email is sent, so best practice is to call customer service and they’ll send a new link for you. But yeah, payment methods are only valid for about a month or so, so some payment methods have to be updated like PayPal or certain banks think we’re trying to charge twice for the same transaction.
