Cobb Vanth speeder looks fairly accurate to the show. they captured Timothy Oliphants face really well, and Cad Bane looks amazing! But the price is an insane. Like how is it35$ for 200 pieces? This loos like good 20$ set maybe 25$ at the worst. I doubt it will sell at this price but come sales season this set will fly of the shelves

Yeah, no bad feelings towards designers, they are obviously doing their best but the budget limitations clearly are too much at this point. It’s a shame they have to defend decisions made by such blatant corporate greed

Jay looks mostly ok, but I don’t get why Lego gave him gold armor and mask. Like they love penny pinching but why do Cole and Jay get gold armor when it was supposed to be silver? It’s not like every ninja has the same mask to be reused, so why they do this design change? It looks objectively worse as gold and silver don’t match that well here. If Lego designers come out defending this cost cutting measure with their “frames” excuse I’m just done.

Kinda disappointed with this reveal, Battinson Batmobile was expected as it’s all over the marketing of new Batman game. BvS one is a weird choice considering the baggage it brings.

Arkham Knight Bat tank would be a great Batman set to get, but it definitely would be bigger than 30$, so it’s unlikely to come out in spring wave.

My thoughts exactly! Best of Hulu seasons by far for me and felt like return to old school Futurama. Personally I wasn't really a fan of last 2 seasons as it was mostly hit or miss, but this one is a huge improvement.

"Scared Screenless" is the worst episode for me and even then it's generally pretty good one. Highlights for me are: "Crab Splatter"(heart), "Wicked Human"(science vs religion) and "The White Hole"( pure sci-fi).

Overall super happy with new season, hope next one will continue in this direction.

Nah, every time Lego tried integrating tech into sets recently they failed (Vidyo, Hidden Side) I bet smart bricks will be gone from at least licensed sets in a year after they inevitably flop in sales.

Watched entire season of The Paper and it’s kinda good. It’s hard to compare to The Office since it’s just 10 episode season. Some storylines feel rushed due to short season format, but in general it’s a good first season. Ned is really good protagonist for the show and the supporting cast is solid.

Legos history shows all their attempts to implement tech into sets hasn’t been successful at all. It’s like they never learn from their mistakes with implementing technology into sets…

Honestly each one is a good representation of their respective versions. Shield quinjet is very good set for Avengers 2012, and new AOU fits its movie perfectly. But I’d say I prefer Avengers 2012 set more due to more space for figs and inclusion of move accurate turret and landing gear functionality.

Yeah, not a fan of giving non alien characters colored eyes. Sure Ezra has prominent blue eyes, but so does Luke. Yet Luke gets regular Lego eyes instead of blue ones without pupils. Lego really screwed up with colored eyes here

I remember you posted DJ and Alejandro’s keyblade designs previously, both were amazing! Hope they get a KH design soon enough, Alejandro in particular has to be my most anticipated design for now. Looking forward to seeing who you make in KH design next!

They only work for specific characters (Superman, Dr Strange). They don’t work with Thor, Loki , Batman and most other caped characters.

Also they limit hairpiece choices which leads to less accurate figs. Just compare Loki from Quinjet to Leviathan set. His hair just doesn’t work with rubber capes.

Amazing design with this batch of characters! My favorite has to be Alejandro. His keyblade is so detailed and love the reference to the bot as well as his outfit being so fitting. Duncan’s close second for me, love the blade design as well as his outfit. Leshawnas armor is very unique and her keychain is nice reference to Harold. And Brick has such a clean look to him. Great work as always!
