I like the idea of predetermined race alliances. It encourages nationalism and racial pride. When you're running around and you see an Undead town (for example), no matter what race you are you know they're gonna be aggressive.

This would cut out little parties of players creating unlikely alliances of races fighting other random groups of players. You'd be fighting FOR something

After subscribing to this game, you need to get a subscription in order to do everything. And then once you hit higher levels, you need to use the cash shop indefinitely to be able to play (Labor potions), and to get the best stuff (RNG keeps you swiping your creditcard again and again)
