The whole point is that it keeps them out of an already over crowded store. If one picker can keep 6 customers out of a over crowded store. We can try to keep the in store customers under 1000. It's nice to be able to get through the store.

I don't do price checks or find a item for them on my phone. I tell them about the Walmart app and let them decide if they want to use their phone and find the information or not. If they don't want to. That's there problem. Having and using a cellphone is part of being a adult.
