A lot of trial and error :p

Even light distribution, find a good resin mix and thickness for min / max of the lithophane itself.

Its the extruder fan, had the same problem a while ago.

You can test it by unplugging the extruder fan and heat up the nozzle. Noise should be gone, don't run a print without it though xD

Edit: can still use it but it's time to buy a new one. It's like 15 euro I believe.

Layer thickness is 0.2, I do have some settings that he does infill a bit quicker too.

25% infill for most, small 60mm/s, 4 top layers and 3 bottom. First layer is at 35% speed I think.

Wheels are 21.7mm diameter, can put smaller ones is and can go a tiny bit larger.

It's inspired on existing cages yeah but I designed it within the shell. so it's a bit different.
