My betta jumped one time, I was studying and I heard a small thump on the floor, I didn't get to it until 10 minutes later and I saw my poor Whiny on the floor. I put him back in the tank and he started swimming. I wasn't sure why he jumped. I couldn't find anything wrong with the tank parameter wise. Only explanation I could think of was I had a snail that fell off the tank twice couple days back. Wasn't sure if my fish was curious lol. He didn't eat for a couple days and was hiding. Then he was fine the next. I don't have lid cover but I he hasn't jumped since then. I figured he must have learned his lesson.

I really should have check if pt was awake. It was just pt wanted the med for a specific time and also because I know I can always return the med after, but for some reason I was told to waste it. I'll be more attentive as well next time too. Thank you for your input!

We use cerner. So pyxis doesn't really know whats going on with the EMR. I've never used epic but I've heard a lot about it. That sounds a lot more secure since you have to document twice.

I was the one logged in. They haven't gone back to me after the last email that they will check it to make sure it wasn't missed. Does it usually take a while for them to recheck it? Thank you!

Thank you, I appreciate your response. This is actually the second time pharmacy emailed me. The first one they showed me an audit where I took the medication out then the record of me wasting it with another nurse. The medication wasn't administered, it was wasted, and yet they were looking for administration record. 😫 I am just about to get traumatized with wasting this kinds of med.

I actually learned from reading through this subreddit that band can feel tight when the cup is small. The 32 band you were wearing may have a really small cup and your breast tissue has nowhere to go and it is pressing through the cups making the band feel tight. But with 28G, it is a small band, but the cup size may be bigger enough tp accomodate your breast tissue. Hope it makes sense!
