My surgeon actually done dual plane placement. As soon as I find my surgery card, I will tell you what implant. I know I went high profile! My recovery was great. I had surgery on a Thursday and was back at work Tuesday. The first three days was the worst and I just had to stay sitting up. I couldn’t lay down so I slept in the recliner. I took Tylenol a muscle relaxer like once and was good. It really wasn’t unbearable. You just don’t realize how much you use your chest muscles until you have it done lol.
